Area 02

Information that works together.

When finance, HR, sales and production share the same information structure, the entire organization becomes faster and more secure.

What happens without the right structure.

When departments work in their own information silos, friction arises everywhere — from onboarding to invoicing to reporting.

Silos create friction

Each department has its own version of the truth — the customer sees the whole but you only see fragments.

Reports take days

Compiling information from different systems requires manual work every time — time that disappears.

Knowledge stays with individuals

When a key person leaves, the information goes with them — no one knows exactly how they worked.

A shared information hub for the entire organization.

We build a hub where each department keeps its way of working but shares a common information structure that makes the whole visible.

01

Industry adaptation

Whether you're a law firm, real estate company, academy or manufacturer — we adapt the structure to your actual reality.

02

Department models

Finance, HR, sales and production have different information needs. We build modules that respect each department's way of working.

03

Shared metadata

Although departments work differently, there is a common metadata structure that makes cross-functional searches and reports possible.

04

Gradual rollout

We start with the department where the benefit is greatest and scale from there. You see value early, not only when everything is done.

Concrete content.

The focus is to make each department's daily work easier — while making the whole visible.

✓
Department-specific flows

Separate processes for finance, HR, sales and production — but with a shared data foundation underneath.

✓
Role-based access

Each employee sees and does what is relevant to their role — no more, no less.

✓
Cross-functional reports

Reports that pull information from several departments without manual work — e.g. customer profitability, project results, staffing needs.

✓
Industry-specific templates

Starting structure based on your industry — we don't build from scratch but from proven patterns for your sector.

✓
Process documentation

How you work is documented in the system so it follows when people change — the organization's competence stays.

✓
Dashboards and monitoring

Real-time view of the KPIs each department tracks, without having to open multiple systems.

What happens when everything connects.

The organization gets a shared pulse — every part works with the same information and sees the same whole.

🔄

Less duplicate work

Information is entered once and reused everywhere. Departments don't have to ask each other for the same data.

📈

Faster reporting

Reports that took days now take minutes. Decision support is always available.

🧭

Clearer whole

Management and employees see the same picture. Discussions are about what to do, not about which numbers are correct.

What you typically wonder about.

Which industries do you work with?+
We work broadly — law firms, academia, real estate companies, consultancies, manufacturing industry and service companies. The principle is the same, we adapt based on your reality.
Do all departments need to join from the start?+
No. We recommend starting with the department where the benefit is greatest or where the pain is most acute. Once the base structure is in place, we scale.
What happens with our specialized systems?+
Most can be integrated. Department-specific systems (CAD, payroll, project management) rarely need to be replaced — we connect them to the information hub instead.
How do you handle sensitive information between departments?+
Permissions govern everything. HR doesn't see sales statistics unless agreed, finance doesn't see salary details for individuals. Every data point has its right audience.
How do we measure success?+
We define KPIs at the start — usually about time spent on information search, number of duplicate entries and lead time for reports. We measure before and after.
